Full‑priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days of delivery. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Glass or ceramic ornaments
• Opened fragrances
• Health & beauty products

Items must be in original packaging with tags intact and be in pristine condition.

1. Go to your account > Orders section.
2. Select the order or specific products for return.
3. Provide a reason (optional) and attach image proof (optional).
4. If eligible and within 7 days of purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email.
5. Once approved, you can ship items back to our flagship store.
6. Refunds or exchanges processed within 7 working days of receiving items.

Important: Do not ship without approval email—you may void your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
