Returns
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to my.amsons.co.uk using the email address you used to place the order.
- Select the order you wish to return then click Request Return.
- Fill out the return request form and then click Request Return
- Our team will then review your return request and contact you within 10 days with the next steps.
Important: Please do not ship your return to us until you have recieved the email approval and instruction to do so. Any packages sent to us without approval will get destroyed upon reciept and Amsons will not cover the cost of any losess.
Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
Sale items, glassware or any product containing glass, hygiene products, Ihrams (once opened), and consumables are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

We offer exchange or store credit note for most unused items returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt and subject to store discretion.
Exclusions apply to certain products which include, but are not limited to, the following items:
- Sale items
- Glassware or any product containing glass
- Hygiene Products
- Delicate Products
- Consumables
- Ihrams once opened
- Party Wear
Please be advised all exchanges and credit notes are subject to the condition of the item and store discretion.
