To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email to info@amsons.co.uk or use our contact form.
2. Tell us what you would like to return or exchange.
3. Once the team has confirmed your return, send the item(s) back to the address below with a note of your order details.
4. Once we receive your return/exchange, we will check it; when approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Important: Do not ship without an approval email — this may void your return.
6. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
