Placed my order easily. To my horror, my parcel ‘could not be delivered’ by the courier..? Confused I checked my order, I had missed a digit out of my post code this sent my parcel to another town!! My product was so important for my sick son.. The courier company could not help advised I contact Amsons, with little expectation I contacted via text to Amsons with the correct post code.
