Amsons Return Policy
Before requesting a return, please note that full price items can be exchanged or returned within 7 working days of purchase. Whereas, sale/discounted items CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Unless there are damages and/or issues from AMSONS, there are certain items that cannot be returned regardless of being full price items. We cannot refund/return:
- Any glass/ceramic ornaments,
- Fragrances that have been opened
- Health & beauty products.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN PRISTINE CONDITION. ALL TAGS MUST REMAIN INTACT AND WILL BE UNACCEPTABLE IF THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
You can request a refund via your website account.
- Go to “My Account” and select “Orders”. All of your orders will be displayed. From there, you can choose either the entire order or separate products for a refund.
- You will also be prompted to provide a reason for your refund. It is optional to attach an image in support of the reason.
- If all terms have been met and the refund is requested within 7 days of the purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- You will be notified if the product is, in fact, non-refundable.
- You can check the status of your refund request when you click on “Refund Requests” in “My Account”
- Once all the relevant information has been verified and all terms have been met, only then will your returns be accepted. Strictly note not to send parcels back without receiving our acceptance email, as this would void your return.

All orders that have been approved of a return/exchange must be returned to our flagship store. Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be made in-store.
