Yes, we do ship internationally but we not all our products can be shipped abroad. Perfumes, fragile items and flammable items are restricted abroad.

If you need to change something, email or ring us immediately, so we can alter your order, please do not delay as the order will be dispatched as soon as!
Majority of our prices are the same online and in store. The difference is usually if there is a seasonal sale or a category sale online.
There are three options standard delivery, next day delivery and click & collect from our store.
All orders which will be stated in the confirmation email, but if you find it convenient collecting from a different store we can arrange but it will take longer to be ready.
General Returns Policy
Before requesting a return, please remember that full price items can be exchanged or returned within 7 working days of purchasing and sale items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
Unless there has been damage or issues from our side. There are some items that cannot be returned regardless of being full price items. We cannot refund/return any glass/ceramic ornaments, fragrances that have been opened, health & beauty products.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN ‘AS NEW’ CONDITION. ALL TAGS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND MUST BE INTACT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT WITHIN THE PACKAGE SO WE CAN DETERMINE WHO THE RETURN BELONGS TO. ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR Store & ARE SIGNED FOR.

Once this is all been verified and replied to on email, only then will your returns be accepted, strictly do not send parcels back without acceptance as this will void your return.
Returns Address
We do not offer free returns so to protect yourself and your parcel(s), please ensure you use a delivery service that protects you for the value of the items and the items must be recorded or signed for.
All orders that have been approved of a return/exchange must be returned to our flagship store. Strictly returns and exchanges cannot be made instore.

International Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected at checkout. Depending on the location of your delivery, we do aim to deliver your order between 10 and 14 working days.

This payment option allows customers to purchase from PayPal and the checkout amount will be divided equally, to be paid in full in 3 months.
